Waited 45 minutes to see a pathology nurse to get bloodwork done, and she was unable to locate a vein and told me to wait another 15 minutes outside for another nurse that is more qualified? What an absolute joke. Go literally anywhere else.

Almost impossible to get through to reception over the phone. Management needs to consider revamp of staff and training. Only few of the doctors are good. The rest just want your signature above the dotted lines.

These guys have absolutely no clue what they are doing, cant recognise a bone, even with google image. Need to go every time to get read the result of exams that brings you no added value whatsoever compared to if you read it yourself. They are just there to sign at the bottom of papers to pump traffic at their labs accomplice and have you come back over and over. They cant be arsed reading the history of your previous visits, and even when reminded what the issue is, they forget half way through the consult the main point o... read more

Walked in feeling super sick with a horrible headache, the place was packed and dirty, 1 hour and 30min wait and a woman treating me very rudely. Left and booked somewhere else…

This place is absolutely atrocious. Don’t go unless you’re happy to wait over 2 hours to see a doctor. They also allow people to pay a fee and push in front of the line meaning that you can theoretically wait forever. It sucks.
