The worst medical centre I have ever attended. Staff whisper patients’ names so quietly that nobody can hear, and the reception team is consistently rude and unhelpful. The waiting area is unhygienic, with chairs that look over 10 years old. There is no lift, making the centre completely inaccessible for mothers with prams and wheelchair users – this is discriminatory and unacceptable. Went here to get care for what seemed like an ear infection. The doctor had a look in my ear and said it looked fine. But I’ve been in pain the last 3 days. He gave me a script for antibiotics. I went to the in-house chemist there that had a sign saying discount chemist. I was charged $25 for 3 tablets. I told my coworkers and they were shocked it wasn’t covered as part of Medicare PBS. I haven’t had any problems with the receptionists, they have always been helpful. However I did have the rudest GP in my life Dr Anna Raif. After my appointment she said ‘Now go run away’. I just want to know, does she say that to all 30 year olds? Because that is very patronising and rude. Don’t see her.

Being told I was “taking too much time as the first patient of the day” is completely unacceptable. This comment was rude, unprofessional, and reflects a serious lack of respect for patients. The doctor’s attitude need to be checked. Room 9.

Doctor really didn’t want to be there, was laid back in his chair like a teenager at school. Wouldn’t examine me or suggest any useful help to manage pain from tonsillitis, just told me to and get an iv drip for 6 hours. Haven’t met any medical professional before with no empathy whatsoever, waste of time and money, avoid.
