The receptionist with the full sleeve tattoo on her right arm is, without question, the most incompetent, rude, and unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a front facing role. Dr .CHIPPADA was extremely thorough, competent and offered excellent treatment plan and great patient care. Highly recommend and sure my satisfied with DR C. professionalism and knowledge.
It's a large waiting room and receptionists have a screen in front of them. I was told it would be 15-20 mins and an hour later I went up to the counter and was told I was called earlier. I said I didn't hear it. The attitude of the receptionist was pretty appauling, hence taking the time to do the review.
