I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at Bondi Gastro. When I called to book an appointment, I found her to be quite rude and unprofessional, which was really disappointing.
I have been suffering gut health issues for over a year. I have been referred by the GP to bondi Gastro but… when I tried to book the first time, they never emailed me back. When I tried to book a second time, they canceled. So now I’ve tried to book a third time and they’ve said - “they’re unable to help me”. The receptionist is the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with! Rude and hung up the phone on me when I had questions about how to prepaid, claiming “it wasn’t her job”.
