Unfortunately & mistakingly i sent a text msg to this clinic as it was supposed to go to a real estate agent for verification for a meeting time & address but instead of replying, sorry wrong person, they sent back “great see you then” hence i had no idea i had the wrong contact person and not dealing with the agent, no appointment made and travel time & day wasted for myself, not a very nice thing to do, not professional at all, when confronted i was told they thought this was a spam msg, really!! Unfortunately, I went this week. I was poorly treated, with few explanations and a bit disrespectfully too. The place is outdated and the prices outrageous. Never again.
This clinic is not suitable for making full sets of teeth. Mistakes made; cutting the inside of my mouth with the impression mould, clamping the bottom set to my anchor teeth far to tight then loosening the teeth trying to remove, casting holes in the bottom set trapping food, the upper set were too convex bending every time when chewing and only lasted 11 months then the top set split in half, waste of $3500
Excellent service. I came in stressed out as my bridge broke. I walked out in 90 minutes with my bridge repaired and the new denture ordered. Nothing was a problem and when my denture was ready all issues were fixed with minimal fuss. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you!
