Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted Benjamin from Bondi Beach Handyman to do some work on my Elizabeth Bay apartment. We agreed on a date and time, and initially, he seemed very professional — he even followed up with me to confirm when the work could commence. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I booked this contractor to inspect and quote for urgent roof repairs, and they didn’t even bother to show up. No call. No message. No apology. Just a complete no-show. I wasted my time waiting around, rearranged my schedule, and was left completely in the dark. If this is how they handle potential customers, I dread to think how they manage actual jobs. Communication is everything in trades — and this company has none. Really impressed by Benjamin! He did a couple of jobs in our house including re-plastering, fixing fly screens and putting up shelves, all done efficiently and at a reasonable price. He was super proactive in chasing for times to come over and finish up, but also flexible around us when we needed. Thanks Benjamin!

After a year of battling with insurance companies, large building firms and spending a lot of $$ Ben from Bondi Beach roof repair was the only person who spotted the problem and fixed it on first sight..... I would recommend him highly, he was my lifesaver...

Amazing work! We had a leaking skylight, and Ben fixed it in no time. He explained everything he did and also showed us photos of the repairs on the roof. Very transparent and trustworthy.
