Jim and Jeanette are the best!! I’ve trained at gyms all around the world. This gym has the coolest vibe, and the most down to earth owners. Jim & Jeanette are outstanding. I have worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years and still return to them for my personal training. The attention to client details is second to none in the bespoke gym with the perfect pricing model that offers gym access with one PT session a week. Maintaining their oversight on your workout and technique. The service is priceless.

I have been training with Jeanette and Jim for over 5 years now. They have improved my life immensely. No more back problems is just the small fix. They have helped me fall in love with the gym, stay consistent and exceed my goals! I started on the $75 per week programme and quickly increased to their gold membership! Well worth the money! Jim & Jeannette have rehabbed me after two spinal surgeries and helped me to lose weight, which has helped me achieve excellent control of my Type 2 diabetes. Their knowledge of the human body is second to none. I recommend them highly for anyone wanting to improve their health.
