Excellent location, just across the Bondi beach, clean and equipped room, we had everything we needed.
You cannot evict occupants who breach quiet enjoyment and then refuse to refund the affected guests. This reflects a lack of integrity and accountability in the business model. Additionally, the lower apartments suffer from significant footstep noise due to the age of the building, an issue worsened by years of poor maintenance. As a somewhat regular customer over the years, I can no longer support this accommodation.
