The staff here are absolutely fantastic! They are always so lovely and go above and beyond every visit. Kind, caring, and genuinely passionate about the animals they look after. Our girl is always greeted with plenty of pats, hugs, and love – it makes such a difference knowing she is in the best hands. Highly recommend this wonderful team!
Bonded hearts were amazing for our bunny Carlos, all the staff were very caring and kind They saw him at very short notice with a quick diagnosis and showed us how to give the medication and he’s on the mend!
This is my second time bringing my rabbit to Bonded Hearts. Lucy is exceptionally caring and thorough with her patients, taking the time to ensure everything is well. It's clear she genuinely cares about animals. The staff at reception are friendly and welcoming, and their pricing is very reasonable. Thank you for the excellent care you've provided for Chilli. She is back to her happy self.
