Disappointed with the broker's representative. I worked with Dave. He never listed my boat where he said he would. It was never even on the broker's website. It sat for three months unsold. After advertising it on Facebook myself, we finally found a buyer. When it sold, Dave then tried to ask for more than his commission due to the fact I was out of town. He was aware this would be the case before agreeing to sell the boat in the first place. For 10% on your sell price, I would recommend doing it with anybody but Dave.
Nice guys but lacking a little in the customer service area. Very difficult to communicate and schedule showings. But the worse thing is I ordered a $2200.00 engine survey and the boat would not even get up on plane. The salesman had told me the boat runs great before we agreed on the deal and signed contract. I waited a while before posting this hoping to hear back from someone but they couldn't even take the time or be considerate enough to call me back after the failed demo and survey on a very misrepresented yacht!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed Bond Yacht helping us with brokering our boat due to career relocation. John and Dave handled us with care and took care of us with great details. Highly recommend bunch and would do business with them again with no hesitation
