With the exception of Dr. Lanni, the vets at this clinic just don’t do their jobs well at all. A few examples: I took my young cat in with chronic diarrhea. They ordered tests looking for potential parasites, but then misread the results (which were positive). We tried out tons of different foods on the assumption that it was an allergy. I only found out because I kept calling the clinic for advice and a different doctor at Bond Vet read his file and told me he had already tested positive. I should have fired them there, but... read more

I had an awesome experience taking my doggo here. I’ve been to two other locations in Manhattan and I liked the staff I worked with here just as much if not more. My dog is reactive and they took every precaution and action possible to keep him comfortable and happy. He left totally untriggered! The vet we saw seemed extremely knowledgeable and gave me full attention and time. 10/10 experience - will for sure return.

The doctor we had (dont remember his name) kept saying our little guy was going to die and anything we tried probably wouldnt work. He didnt help to thoroughly explain the situation or what was going on. We were able to take him to a vet where we were met with compassion and able to get him the treatment he needed and he has been happy and healthy since. Please work on your bed side manner with patients espe... read more

The BEST vets. Usually I go to the one in Clinton Hill since it’s closer but when booking online they didn’t have anything available but it easily allowed me to see the times available at nearby locations. And this location was just as good. I literally won’t go to any other vet anymore, this is the best service you can get.
