I went for an emergency, my dog’s eye was swollen and cornea was scratched. It took the vet 4!!! days to approve the prescription eye repair gel through chewy that they didn’t have at the clinic. I called the vet every day, chewy contacted them twice. Make your own conclusions.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Chamberlain was really patitent and made sure all of my questions were answered. This is my first time having pets, so it was really refreshing to have a calm voice while I learn everything!
Would never come here again. Make you wait 30-40 min when you arrive on time but if you arrive a few minutes late they penalize you $ and won’t take you.
