Everyone was SO nice, thorough, and informative. We felt incredibly comfortable bringing our new puppy to them.
They had the best employees,they talked explained and didn’t leave use wondering about anything.They were very professional and caring when it came to my pet.
Excellent vet experience for two timid cats. Joy was superb at collecting their info and getting us scheduled for a time that worked for us. Dakota was so kind and patient with our cats, offering treats and pets aplenty while taking their measurements. Dr. Burke is warmly efficient in her examination and clear about her findings. The facility is exceptionally clean and well designed. Having just moved to Chicago, I was nervous about having to find a new vet. Bond Vet’s west loop location put all those fears to rest.
Had a great experience with Dr Seth and Dakota! They reassured me, recommended treatment plans, patiently answered all of my questions, and treated my pup really well! He also loves the ball in his goodie bag 😂
As first-time pet owners, it was important for us to feel confident and comfortable with our vet — and Bond Vet has been the perfect fit.
