We came here with our kitten named shadow. We was told that he had an upper respiratory infection and that it was just a common cold and he would be fine. That there were no need to worry about imminent danger to his life. We were given medicine and took him home. And now I sit here today at an emergency room with my kitten put down on my birthday. Bond is always so quick and convenient for my dog! They’re always so sweet to him and take excellent care of my dog!!!
I want to start by saying my 2 star review is not reflective of Dr.Burke at all! Dr.Burke has been amazing for us & our dogs and is 5 stars. We’ve been going to Bond Vet West Loop since we moved to Chicago in March. We’ve brought both of our German Shepherds to see Dr.Burke and she’s been amazing with their care. My dog was due for flu, and bordetella vaccine. She was also due for flea and tick medicine. I scheduled appointment for these 3 things. My son took dog in for treatment. The did NOT give her the flea medicine and added another vaccine which was over $300.00. I am so disappointed with this place, there is never any communication about pet needs.
