Vet is awesome, great service. Customer support/AI answering the phone calls… inside the Hall of Fame of terrible. one of the worst i’ve encountered and makes it super difficult for true human interaction.
I will never be going back to Bond Vet after the stupid implementation of an 'AI assistant' who does nothing but encourage you not speak to a person - when you have a question about your pet, and need to speak to a person. It's not helpful, it's not kind, it's not an improved customer experience and does not make staff more efficient. It's a total waste of money, and a way of infuriating everyone. Visiting from out of town, my minigoldendoodle has been throwing up, not able to eat or drink, shaking and staying hidden. I called her vet who told me to see someone in town right away because we travel all the time and this is not normal behavior for her. I made a walk-in appointment and headed over to Bond Vet (got there a early) but was turned away because, despite throwing up which I reiterated, it was not seen as an emergency and "anxiety is not an emergency, besides we are fully booked." Dr. Burke is my favorite veterinarian. She is caring, attentive, Knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares for the pets. I highly recommend!
Just like someone mentioned in the comments, their AI machine is not the best (also their system was down to make it even more fun) and we could not reschedule an appointment we weren’t going to make on time so just be aware of that. We have always been on time to their appointments and just for one issue (that clearly was due to their system not working, we got charged and no exception was made).
