I suspected my 13-year-old Chihuahua Jupiter was suffering from a possible ear infection. I decided to bring him to Bond Vet to have him checked out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience at Bond Vet in Watertown! From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and communicative. Truly such kind staff and doctor! They were very accommodating to my cat that reacts to other animals. They let us go to the room as soon as I got there and made sure other animals were covered when my cat was near them. They were also very clear about service costs and helped me understand what I was paying for. Will be returning and recommending to others!
Always the best experience here! The staff is super friendly and do an excellent job caring for Millie!
Dr. Liz was incredible! Took all our concerns about our middle-aged cat boy very seriously, did the labs immediately on site, and explained everything super clearly. The pricing is also totally reasonable and was well explained by the veterinary team. Super nice office and super sweet staff!
