Man oh man I wish I'd read the reviews before going here! I had high hopes. They were open on the weekend. They had online appointments. Close by. All the boxes. The lobby is nice. The receptionist even more so. The first impression was very good. But that was about it. The vet seemed rushed and did not listen to me when I was trying to explain my cats quirks. She has mild kidney issues which means she doesn't process phosphorus in her food which leads to UTI's and crystals. She was getting another bout and all the signs wer... read more

They weren’t able to take a simple blood test because they overwhelmed my dog with the expectation that she’d just accept being muzzled on the spot. My dog isn’t muzzle trained because she is small and I wanted her to always have the ability to communicate, meanwhile my bigger dog is muzzle trained because he has a bite record (not his fault, he was a crazy rescue case from The Bronx). I will never take my pets here again. Their vet staff is unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and downright dangerous. On two different occasions medication that they prescribed my cat caused him serious damage (once being severe skin burns and the other caused him to throw up blood). On multiple other occasions I had to make several trips into the office with my cat, causing him repeated serious distress, because they couldn't get the samples from him they needed.
