I was so grateful to be accommodated with a walk-in appointment. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and they made me feel truly cared for. The level of care and customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I’m so happy with my experience and would strongly recommend them to anyone!
I wish I could give zero stars. My dog suffered an eye injury, and we went to the emergency vet right away. They performed several tests and prescribed prednisone, explaining that it was absolutely necessary to start treatment immediately. I checked the box and applied the drops as soon as we got home. Only afterward did I realize that the medication inside was **atropine, not prednisone**. The wrong medication had been placed in the box. I had a wonderful experience at this Bond location! I brought my senior cat after he received care elsewhere that didn't resolve his issue, and everyone here was so kind and caring to both myself and my boy from the moment we stepped in. His LVT Allison and Dr. Brooke de Koning were both extremely kind, gentle, and thorough during his examination and care, and they were very transparent regarding any concerns, pricing, and his care plan. Bond Vet is fantastic and this is our favorite location! Everyone is so kind, attentive and detail oriented. My dogs paw neuropathy was explained to me so well here I felt much more clear and comfortable to care for my dog. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this Bond Vet location. As a first-time puppy owner, I naturally had a lot of questions and concerns. Instead of feeling supported, I often felt dismissed and uncomfortable asking questions. On more than one occasion when I came in with a concern, I heard comments like, “Oh, he’s here again,” along with eye-rolling.
