Unfortunately, after my experiences with Bond Vet, I would not choose them again. My cat has had recurring severe flu-like symptoms throughout her life. After two visits and hundreds of dollars, they were able to rule out feline herpes, but could not determine what was actually causing her symptoms—whether allergies, chronic sinus issues, or something else. The vets and all the staff at this clinic are incredibly nice, thorough, and helpful. My cat was urgently sick and needed surgery, but I could not afford surgery at the emergency vet I took her too. I would have had to wait til Monday for surgery at the aspca. They fit me in for surgery the next day (Sunday) and worked with me for me to be able to afford the surgery. I’m so grateful for this vet clinic. They gave me back my cat when I thought I lost her.
We brought Ozzy in to get a check up and get something on his head checked out. Dr. Helen, nurses and staff did such a thorough job and turned out he actually had a really bad ear infection. The Vet Tech, Grethil went above and beyond, showing us exactly how to clean his ears and answered all questions and quelled all of the worries we had. Her bedside manner was so wonderful and refreshing and she treated Ozzy as her own. Recommend this Bond Vet and their team very highly!
This location was not the best experience for me they stressed my baby out. Nevertheless the nurse KNOWS so much but couldn’t realize she was trying to squeeze a too small muzzle over my Frenchie and was wondering why he tried biting her. Not only that’s probably why the prior dog bit her I can imagine what she was doing as she stated she just gotten bit and don’t want another one but my dog has never bite or tried to bite anyone I know she made him uncomfortable. Dr.Helen Yu, Grethil and Dante I had such a great experience at Bond Vet with my dog, Milo. The veterinarian, nurse, and assistant were all incredibly kind, patient, and attentive while helping him with his eye. I especially want to thank Gretil, who was extremely helpful throughout the visit. She is bilingual and took the time to explain everything to me in Spanish, which made it much easier for me to understand what was going on with Milo and feel comfortable with his care.
