The staff is friendly but the practices are shady. I visited for the first time for my 2 cats initial shots appointment. Paid the doctor consultation fee and shots. When I go back 3 weeks later for their second round, the vet did another full body exam (even though we were there 3 weeks ago and had that done already), and before they started I stated multiple times that I was there for follow up shots only, nothing else. Bond Vet is amazing!! They give you options and always make you feel at ease. Staff is always super friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable!
We've been taking our pups to Bond in Somerville for several years now. The service has always been top notch. They've helped us with everything from basic health care like vaccines and checkups, dental, and dealing with end of life care for a beloved dog who had been with us for 17 years.
