Wish we knew why they closed down. Took my Yorkie here for the first time, was so happy with the location and the doctors. After our second visit I received the email that they were closed. Hopefully they will reopen at some point.
They went out of business right after doing a surgery and removing a tumor on my dog. No one let us know this was going to happen and he had sutures that needed to be removed. I’m almost 100% sure that the staff there and the vet knew what was going to happen yet still did the surgery and shut down the next week.
Today was my princesses first visit at Rye Brook, the staff and Doctor made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. I am confident we found our forever health care at Bond Vet Rye Brook.
The vet is experience is terrific. The location feels like a puppy spa rather than a veterinarians office. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly put the health and what's best for your animal ahead of profits. Will be coming back !
Great visit! Brought in my two boys and Dr. Johnson and Cari were great and so good with the boys. It was so nice to have both of them seen together. Rico needed a urine test and it was so nice not to have come back. Gaby joined me as I took Rico for a very short walk and success. Rico did his thing. :)
