I had a disappointing experience at Bond Vet in NoHo during a recent visit for my cat’s persistent scratching issue. While the veterinarian was thorough and professional, the vet assistant’s attitude was a major letdown. When I asked for clarification on how the charges ($574.95 for exam, clipping, cytology, and medication) would apply to my pet insurance deductible, the assistant was dismissive and unhelpful, bluntly stating, “That’s not how insurance works,” without offering any clear explanation.
