This practice is a SCAM stay far away! There’s a reason the first visit is free and it shows. They did not dispense the correct amount of medication for my cats infection which is MALPRACTICE and I will be writing to the Vet board. I still don’t know if the medicine they gave me was not compounded correctly,not enough, or incorrectly labeled the syringe and I’ve been giving him too much. I will never visit this branch again. Vet gave wrong medication to my cat for hematuria. She gave Zorbrium which is post operative analgesic and gave misleading information that it was anti inflammatory. I did not receive x ray report on time. I have not yet received ultrasound report. My cat has internal issue but the vet blamed it on the matted hair on my cat. They made me pay extra for emergency appointment but it was not emergency and I booked an appointment slot prior.
