This place is the BEST. My dog Jack isn’t the best at the vet but Dr. Pimento and her team are amazing. They are patient, kind and really know your pet. Your pet isn’t just a patient here. I highly recommend this place!
Dr. Gabrielle Pimento Is wonderful! She is so kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. The techs and staff are great too! My golden tends to get very stressed at his visits, Dr.. I loved the convenience and how nice the staff was. I didn't feel particularly heard about my concerns. I felt my dog was having an allergic reaction and they were talking me in a circle if I didn't have a medical background I definitely would have felt backed into a corner and very confused
Highly recommend Bond vet. I previously had the worst experience with my former vet, which led me not trust many vet practices. Bond vet changed my pov on the whole vet experience. When I called and expressed my girls symptoms Dr. Simonian immediately knew something wasn't right. I brought her in and the very next day Dr. Pimento performed emergency surgery on my Stormy. My husband brought in a cat we are hoping to add to our cat family. He is feral, but our house cats were once feral and have become great pets. So, I’ve been through this before. The vet tech refused to work with him once he wasn’t easy. This is a small domestic 7 pound cat, not a lion. Shouldn’t a vet be able to manage a CAT?
