I’ve been to many Bond Vet locations (huge fan here!), but the Merrick location is hands-down our favorite! The care coordinators and doctors genuinely go above and beyond — you can truly feel how much they love and care for your pets. Watching a care coordinator kneel down just to greet and comfort an incoming pet melted my heart. My cat had an emergency situation. I was freaking out, but the staff was very calm and understanding. Dr Vecchione is the most kind, caring and nonjudgmental vet I’ve ever worked with. Cannot recommend her enough.
They were knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the follow up call.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Vets there bully you tell your animal is going to die if you don’t do what they want and have you sign a against medical advice form. This should be illegal. Do better
