Just got a new kitten and noticed she was limping on a Saturday night. Was able to make an appointment online overnight and be seen Sunday morning. We were seen promptly, all my interactions with the team were extremely kind and welcoming. The vet was very informative and gave honest options. We were able to get a radiograph same day. Such an overall pleasant and easy experience. So thankful for the experience.
Worst place ever! AI rules this place! Humans annoy them.Vet techs were fine, but the actual vet doctor, that graced us with her presence, 🙄 was beyond awful. They advertise walk in or urgent care and then vet told me they were not. Ummm…please google your workplace and see what it says!! Never again, traumatized both me and my dog over a simple ear infection. Bad review, but they won -$500. Can’t wait to see the AI response to this review!
I had a wonderful first time experience here. All of the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse “Theresa” was wonderful as my dog was very anxious and upset. Prices are fair as well.
my daughter’s dog couldn’t walk And we didnt know what was wrong with him but suspected lyme. we called several emergency rooms, and none of them would see us because to busy. We googled urgent care and Bond Vet at market Street in Lynnfield came up so we went there. They took petey right in and were very kind and helpful, Doctor Mckenna was amazing and so understanding. I would highly recommend.
I took my two year-old dog here with very worried some symptoms and the second we walked in the door we were put at ease. The facility is so welcoming and clean. The staff are everything you would want out of somebody taking care of your pet and the prices are absolutely incredible especially nowadays I will 100% be back.
