While the staff here were kind and polite, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of diagnostic efficiency. Despite multiple visits, questions and fears that went unanswered, they failed to identify what another vet later diagnosed as a straightforward issue via ultrasound. Tragically, by the time I got that second opinion, it was too late to save my cat.
