While the staff here were kind and polite, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of diagnostic efficiency. Despite multiple visits, questions and fears that went unanswered, they failed to identify what another vet later diagnosed as a straightforward issue via ultrasound. Tragically, by the time I got that second opinion, it was too late to save my cat. IF -0 STARS WAS POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE THAT. THIS PLACE GAVE MY FAMILY DOG A VACCINE THAT MADE HIM EXTREMELY SICK. THE DOG WAS A BABY ONLY 14 WEEKS!!! THEY HAD US PAY $1K+ WORTH OF TEST AND BLOODWORK JUST TO TELL US HOURS LATER THAT THEY HAVE TO PUT DOWN OUR 14 WEEK YEAR OLD PUPPY. THE PUPPY WAS PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE GOING TO THIS VET, NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER AFTER THE VACCINE THE DOG HAS TO BE PUT DOWN? THIS IS TRAUMATIZING.. OUR HEARTS IS SHATTERED. They’re not only highly knowledgeable but also truly compassionate, and their prices are fair and reasonable. I trust them completely and highly recommend Bond Vet to anyone who wants the very best care for their furbabies.
Yesterday took my boy Oscar for his annual check and also expressed my concerns about his weight gain. The doctor was so attentive, answered all of my questions, Ozzy got his annual exam, vaccines, his bloodwork and also his eye checked, his brother might of scratched him by accident because eye was watering, we got eye drops for it and the eye got better right away. Taking my other two cats for their annual soon too. Very happy and will recommend Bonds vet to all my friends and neighbors of Lower East Side.
Came in today first time with our cat Luna, the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by a young gentleman with such warmth and a very welcoming {Hi is this Luna} right there I knew we found our forever vet and the right place to bring Luna and our other cat Spartacus.
