2 stars for being able to get my dog in on short notice when needed and for the experienced Tech that was honest and more clear than the doctors. After over a year of leaving the office confused every time about what was going on or what I needed to do next we finally switched vets. I planned on writing a review ages ago but needed some time. In December of last year, we had to lay our cat Fiona to rest. It was really hard on myself and my partner but I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Novak and the care that was given to not only Fiona but us as well. We had a private euthanasia and also had the private cremation done. We are happy to have a piece of our beloved cat with us forever and can’t thank Dr. Novak enough for taking care of us.
