Horrible customer service. My cat was diagnosed with stage 2 renal failure and I can’t get a person to take a call. Stuck in phone system hangups or chatbot hell.

They are the best they helped us save you’re baby Mary Jane when she needed emergency surgery they went above and beyond they called the next day to check on her I thank them from the bottom of my of you’re hearts I would recommend them to everyone the doctors and nurses are amazing there
I love this vet. I originally went to bondvet in new York but when I moved to Chicago they didn’t have a bond vet (yet). But in 2023 they opened up Bond Vet in Lakeview and I’ve been come here ever since. Nurse Mel was very kind and attentive to Rollie’s need. If your looking for a Vet, Bond Vet Lakeview is your place
We had a wonderful experience with our dog here about a month ago when she was bit by another dog early on a Sunday morning and we wanted to get her checked out right away. We were also able to get her up to date with vaccinations. Everyone at Bond Vet Lakeview was so kind, patient, and caring in a difficult situation with what other services had classified as a difficult dog. We are grateful for their services and will continue to use them.
