We had a wonderful experience with our dog here about a month ago when she was bit by another dog early on a Sunday morning and we wanted to get her checked out right away. We were also able to get her up to date with vaccinations. Everyone at Bond Vet Lakeview was so kind, patient, and caring in a difficult situation with what other services had classified as a difficult dog. We are grateful for their services and will continue to use them.
First time going and couldn't be happier with Bond Lakeview! It's obvious that they care much more about your pet's well-being than making money off of you. The receptionist was a little unfriendly, though, both in-person and over the phone.

I've had great experiences at Bond Vet Lakeview with my dog and cat. Dr. Novak and Erika were very patient and kind with my large German Shepherd. I especially appreciated that they prioritized positive reinforcement over restraining him. The receptionist, Marlen, was very kind, attentive, and answered all my questions.
I brought my kitten in with her official vaccine passport, which clearly showed she already had two FVRCP doses and the rabies vaccine. The clinic copied the records but later told me she had no vaccines at all and needed all three FVRCP shots. Trusting their judgment, I let them give her another dose. Days later, I rechecked her passport and confirmed she already had two. Only after I followed up and sent proof did they admit they overlooked it, blaming it on the records being in another language.
