About this business

Bond Vet Hell’s Kitchen is a modern and friendly veterinary clinic offering primary and urgent care. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — a simple concept that permeates everything we do. We know pets and people don’t really look forward to going to the vet, so we’ve reimagined the experience from the ground up. Our clinics are warm and welcoming, with neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture. We have an in-house tech team t... read more

Always have a good experience here at Bond Vet Hell’s Kitchen with fur baby. Friendly and professional from the front desk, to the vet technician, nurses and doctors. They explain the procedure to be done well. They thoroughly explain well what would be the expenses. The clinic is clean and free treats for your baby. They cater many services. Rest assured your fur baby will be taken cared of. Highly highly recommend!

I called over 7 times to simply get the doctor to clarify the final diagnosis of the visit for my insurance. I was told the doctor is busy. Beyond pathetic. Horrible management. I won’t be going to this facility ever again. She finally spoke with the vet and was told she would write a letter but didn’t know when it would be as she was busy!

When I arrived for a scheduled appointment about a week ago, I sensed that something was wrong with my cat. The staff seemed rushed to conclude the day, and I was told that my cat appeared fine with no signs of distress. Concerned ... read more

A disappointing and worst outcome experience over 3.5 months. We brought our cat, Sammy, in for her first appointment on March 29th as I noticed her weight suddenly started to drop in the last two months going from 10lbs to 8lbs. The vets suspected irritable bowl disease (IBD) or potentially lymphatic cancer. Concerned, I told the vets to go ahead and book a biopsy ASAP so we could determine the cause and quickly treat the cancer if that was indeed the outcome. This is when the first issues with Bond Vet began. It took them ... read more
