The office is very clean, the staff is friendly and polite. The doctor explains everything that needs to be done with options. The staff explains the billing before you are charged.
I went here for the first time for an emergency situation. Everyone was so helpful, understanding and patient. I felt like my dog was in good hands. They are very transparent with the detailed costs. They were super responsive with all of my questions, especially during my dog’s after care. Even when my dog was being cared for (the owner isn’t allowed in the patent treatment area) the front desk personnel, Sergio was so understanding of my anxiety and helped to assuage the situation. I highly recommend this vet clinic!!!
EDITED AGAIN A YEAR LATER - I don't think I've ever been this happy with any vet clinic after four visits. Today we saw Dr Im and she was also super fantastic. Big shout out to Mercedes and Michelle as well. Seriously the entire staff is so pleasant and they really care! EDITED - now on my third visit and I cannot even say how much I love everyone here! I took my kitten to bond vet garden city location. The doctor was very nice but her assistant and the nurse took blood very badly they made my baby traumatized and now she is not eating she came home with vomiting. I had very bad experience they cost $647 and gave my baby pain and stress
5 STARS!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alvarez and her team—especially Nurse Paige and the assistant who helped with our recent visit. Our dog is not easy at the vet. He’s anxious, reactive, and gets so stressed it’s hard to even complete basic exams.
