AVOID going as they try to overcharge every single moment. Ask them to DEFINE Level 1 vs. Level 2 before your cats/dogs do dental cleaning here. My cat did a regular cleaning here and had no extraction but was charged as Level 2 for over $1,800 in 2024. But during a later visit at another Bond Vet location in 2024 and again in Feb. 2025, other Bond Vet doctor and nurse told me Level 1 vs 2 are based on how much time they spent but it’s impossible for a cat to have Level 2 without any extraction. I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian since adopting him. Every experience has been amazing. The environment is relaxed for my dog which is rare for a vet office. The staff is kind and generous with their time and guidance. I’ve learned so much for them. I definitely recommend Bond Vet for your pet care. I think you’ll be happy with your choice :)
Never go to this location. I came with my 10 weeks old puppy and I was late for 10 Mins they refused to see me. The office was empty. I was really upset. My puppy was shaking because she was scared being at the street, they saw it and they rejected her. Please never go to this location.
Excellent care, my pets felt at home and the doctor and staff were GREAT!
