Dr.Tong has incredible bedside manner ! My pup is currently on palliative care and came to Dr.tong very sick shortly after 2 back to back procedures , Dr tong was very caring and as well as helped my pup start a regime to help his condition and so far our pup has been doing great ! I appreciate Dr.tong’s attentiveness and care for my lyric!
They are friendly, I tried to find Azydol for my cat but they didn't have it but they give me tips and some other places to find it. Keep in mind the entrance is tricky to find of the building
We are regulars at the Hell’s Kitchen location but we came to this location because they had late availability. We came in with a rescued cat. I was amazed by how nice they were towards the cat and they didn’t hesitate to touch and comfort her even though we had no medical history about her. They really took good care of her and made our day. We’ll definitely travel down to this location from now on as we liked everyone from the doctors, nurses and the front desk. Please keep this awesome work up.
