Came to this location for an urgent visit and this team did not disappoint! Creating an appointment online was seamless, the front desk staff was welcoming, nurses/assistants were kind and the doctor was thorough. I love that they also offer urgent care and can be seen as a walk-in if my pet ever needs it. I will definitely be recommending to other pet parents!
Be ready to wait 45 minutes to see the nurse even when you make an appointment before hand, not sure why they charge over $100 each visit when they can’t even ensure efficient service. Terrible waste of time every time I tried to go to this location.
Bond vet is the best. I would definitely recommend this location to other pet parents.
I had a really positive experience at BOND VET. Jo, the receptionist, was absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and truly went the extra mile for me. I was going on vacation and needed everything done quickly, from booking the appointment to getting my cat checked out. Jo made it all happen smoothly and efficiently.
