Above all, I really liked the clean and bright interior, and I’m very grateful to the staff and the veterinarian for being so kind and explaining everything in detail. My baby is 14 years old, and I hope we can keep coming here for many years to come.
Place is new, clean, and staff is fairly friendly. However…when I asked for a courtesy discount (as a fellow veterinary practitioner), I received “we do not give courtesy discounts”. Every single vet hospital I have ever been to across many states ALWAYS offer such a discount, typically 10-20%. Not Bond Vet, apparently. I won’t be back, and won’t recommend to my colleagues and friends.
BondVet really came through for my cat Billy when we were in one of the scariest moments of our lives. He had a serious urinary blockage and needed urgent help. Every other place either turned us away or asked for thousands upfront, but BondVet listened and treated us with compassion. They cared about Billy like he was their own. Been taking my 5 year old lab to Bond Vet for 1.5 years now. They do a great job taking care of him and explaining everything clearly.
The staff is great and super helpful! They always take great care of my animals & I’ve never had any issues or complaints. Would definitely recommend !
