Took my kitten Miu Miu for his first vet visit at BondVet EV, I was a bit worried since he is my first pet, but the whole staff was incredibly helpful and so kind to me and him! Definitely going back

My cat was first misdiagnosed then refused care the following week. Doctors keep changing and don't seem to care. And there is an infuriating phone AI system that makes every call a stressful and long experience.

I’m curious about the type of joke circus they’re running by quoting $1125 to $1250 for an international dog health certificate. USDA endorsement fees are about $160, and everything else they charge is simply abuse.

Don’t let their sweet smiles fool you, these guys are just here for the money. I’ve been here several times, always suspected being upcharged a bit but all to keep my precious dog healthy, so never made a fuss. Being a regular at this clinic without history of payment issues, you’d think they’d let me pay for my dog’s much needed prescription and/or organize a payment plan in order to give my dog her medicine, but no, they’d rather let my dog suffer til payday so they can get their paid in full.
