I am writing this review in loving memory of my dog who passed late last year. I cannot recommend Dr. Madison Hinds enough (special shout out to Heidi at the front desk). Just like in human healthcare, it can be incredibly challenging to find compassionate and dedicated professionals, especially when vets are understaffed, overworked and underappreciated. We really love our vets and vet techs at Bond! After some of our kitties had frightening experiences at other clinics, we were so happy to find a place where our cats seem so much calmer and less frightened. The vets are calm, kind, and patient with both the animals and their people. Dr. Jones was wonderful and patient explaining to me various courses of treatment options for my senior cat and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions and explain how different drugs work. Dr. Heil is such a caring vet and explains everything very clearly. This location is extremely lucky to have her and her entire staff (we had Trish as our tech and she was excellent). You're in good hands here for your pet's care.
