Went there many times. Had to go to another Vet Bond recently for the annual exam. Now they told me they wouldn’t see him unless they do a whole wellness exam again. I expect more from a place that is so expensive and has the records from the last exam two months ago. They also really pushed back when I told them that my dog doesn’t need certain vaccines and tried to guilt me that it would be my fault if something happens. Very friendly staff and expedient service! I appreciated how transparent about pricing they were as well.
I was honestly so nervous for our puppy first vet visit. Also was nervous about the price but everything is explained so well and no pressure to have to pay for something you don’t want. Loved it. We definitely be our home vet !!
We absolutely ADORE Bond Vet! We’ve been coming here since our dog was 8 weeks old and they’ve always been so attentive, well-informed and wonderful with our girl Bailey.
Terrible. Appointment started off with doctor giving me a nasty attitude and talking down to me. Threatened legal issues in case my INDOOR cat gave her rabies. Said my cat had a tumor after which I asked the staff to show me where it is which they had a hard time doing and got annoyed at me for even asking.
