Three months ago today we dropped off our baby with Dr. Miriam and her team and walked back out with her in ashes two weeks later. We dropped her off at around 10:10am to get fixed and they called us at 12:40pm to say that she was dead. We were absolutely devastated. She was healthy, the doctor ran test on her and said she was good to go and to bring her in for surgery on May 6. She died shortly after they administered the anesthesia. If you are a new pet owner, and your pet gets sick. Look no further. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth it! Everyone was welcoming, informative and SUPER KIND to us. I’m taking our cats here whenever needed. I couldn’t thank enough the team that has been taking care of our little kittens. Specially Dr. Miriam Saleh and her team! Thank you so much. You can tell you love animals and their parents.
The staff was nice, but they didn’t provide proper care for my cat. My cat’s had digestive issues recently. I booked a same-day appointment—there were a dozen open slots. I arrived to an empty waiting room; clearly not a busy mid-afternoon midweek summer day. They didn’t request a fecal sample (I later found out online that should’ve been a priority), didn’t ask about the complications I tried to share (which were brushed aside), and gave a very rushed exam—the minimum $130 fee just to lay eyes on the cat.
