Our first visit was in early October. We booked a visit because my cat (Mimi, 8 years old) was acting a bit lethargic, and hadn’t been to the vet in a few years so we wanted to get her a full work up. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, we were seen very quickly. The waiting area is stocked for all your pets needs, I will be returning to this clinic in the near future.
Went here today with an emergency case and had a professional vet experience with a well explored and explained situation of what our dog was actually experiencing and what our options were. We won't hesitate coming back when needed.
They denied a prescription for my 20 year old cat, who will now go without that medication for multiple days because I can’t get through their AI “assistant” to speak to a human. Frustrated that I need to go find a new vet now.
The Bond Vet located on Fulton Street has recently provided an unpleasant experience. While previous visits were satisfactory, the last two occasions were extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited rudeness, and when seeking assistance via phone, they were unable to offer referrals or guidance, even when admitting they did not provide certain services.
