I will never bring my dog back to Bond Vet after this experience. I have been a Bond client and trusted them with his care, but the combination of extraordinary pricing and what I consider an unacceptable failure in continuity of care has ended that relationship permanently. My dog has established hypothyroidism and takes Thyro Tabs (levothyroxine) twice every day. This is not a new diagnosis or an experimental treatment. All the staff are so calm, welcoming, helpful and good at what they do. That has a great effect on four legged and two leggeds alike.
I used the booking system (not a walk-in), it was easy to do and plenty of openings on short notice. When I arrived, the vet (Dr. Demi Gonzalez) was ready promptly. She listened and thoroughly examined my dog. She gave me all options in both diagnosing the injury and then how to treat it. The entire staff was pleasant to work with and clearly loved animals.
Very good with our senior dog.
