I cannot thank the team at this Bond Vet location enough. After my brand new puppy fell severely sick this team went above and beyond to help me with the best solutions to get him back healthy. They were thorough about the cost and around suggesting treatments. After determining my pup had low glucose levels they were able to get his sugar levels up some and he came in limp but was on his feet when we left. Excellent service...
Check the ownership model before you book. They are way overpriced and I've waited days for blood and urine results that would normally be returned overnight or at least within 48 hours. Find another vet.
I want to begin by recognizing that the nurses and doctor were genuinely kind, attentive, and made my kitten feel safe. This review is not a reflection on their work, but rather on the customer service and overall experience with BondVet. As a Columbia student, this is the closest clinic to me, so I was hopeful it would work out. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, the scheduling process was disorganized and frustrating. Bond Vet is the best veterinary clinic I have ever visited. I was helping a friend with his sick cat, Lenny, and the care at Bond Vet was very compassionate and at very reasonable fees. The cat finally had to be put to sleep, and they could not have been more understanding. I am grateful for such a wonderful facility in our neighborhood, and I will never forget the excellent and compassionate care they provided to Lenny.
