Really poor communication where my car had to go in over 3 days in total even when. I advised what was needed ( a very small job)she. Booking in ( brake pads ) I asked Bond Street to repair just what the car failed it’s mot on as it Was being Returned to Land Rover and needed to just be legal to drive for Them to do advisories without my knowledge or consent costing Me an extra £400 and not Having my car for 3 days
Left my vehicle with them this morning at around 9am to diagnose the issue with my car. Got a call by 11am to tell me what the findings were. Mark explained things clearly so I understood without it being complex and answered any questions that I had. Very helpful and informative! Wish I knew of this garage sooner! Would highly recommend!
Great team. Genuinely honest garage.
First time I used the garage. Staff very helpful. First quote I got for repairs was quite expensive - but it needed doing, but when they actually did the work part of it they didn't have do which made it considerably cheaper which I would not have known anything about - not a lot of garages would do that they would still have done the work regardless. I will definitely be going back every time my car needs to go to the garage. Thank you.
Mark and the team go above and beyond to resolve any issues the customer has in my case it involved also a main dealer to try and resolve the issue with my car They did everything in their power to get the best for me and in the end achieved it I can’t praise them enough and I have been using their services for a few years now and would not consider going anywhere else If I could have allocated 10 stars I would have thank you to all the team at Bond Street for a very professional and customer focus service at a very reasonab... read more
