Have being calling for days for water heater service. Water heater installed on 1-27-21. NO HOT water at all. 3 plus days calling, calling and calling and no call back or anything. If the reason for not answering is due to Covid-19 at least record it on the voice mail. Or if don't want to say it at least call your customers back to let them know for a service day.
