Highly recommend Bond Security! We recently needed their residential locksmith services and were so impressed from start to finish. The team was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly to restore our home's security, giving our family real peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to explain everything clearly while delivering exceptional customer service. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. We wouldn't hesitate to use Bond Security again and... read more
Terry from Bond Security Group did a fantastic job to remesh a security door and install new fly screens. He also went out of his way to fix our front door. A five minute job but we really appreciate it. Strongly recommended. Robert Kew East
We initially had an issue with a door closer, and Peter responded quickly and replaced it straight away. A few months later, the part unfortunately broke down again. When we contacted Peter, he immediately said it wasn't fair for us to deal with a faulty part, came right back out, and fixed the problem completely free of charge. The whole process was incredibly well-organized, and he was super friendly throughout. It is rare to find this level of integrity and reliable after-sales service. Highly recommended!
Key cutting at Bunnings was a waste of time. The keys didn’t work at all. Got them cut here after a recommendation and they work perfectly, just like the originals. Should’ve come here first.
As a local resident, I’ve used this locksmith many times over the years and have always been impressed with their service. They’ve helped me with a range of jobs including internal door locks, window locks, mailbox locks, and most recently the installation of a smart lock on my front door. The workmanship is high quality. They’re knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions or resolve queries promptly.
