If I could give zero stars, I would give them so many. Do NOT engage with ANYONE from this shady company. I rented an apartment listed by them on StreetEasy that was “no fee” and was demanded to pay a tremendous amount for brokers fee. The broker did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I’ve never even met this broker. Super unprofessional and rude. When we tried to be civil and come to a compromise, we were ghosted and now they’re SUEING me. This is a company of cowards. I paid $2500 a month for a prewar apartment that was over 85 degrees and had a window that couldn't be freely opened. When I saw the apartment, they had the heat off, the window propped open with the AC, and lied about the building being receptive to adjusting the temperature. The super couldn't fix the problem and I had to get a lawyer to break the lease. I developed insomnia and lost my job in that experience.

They put fake photoshopped images of apartments online and lie in their descriptions. Management company of the building I moved into always had to have legal action threatened to turn on the heat, return security deposit, etc...
