I’ve had many scans done here over the years and they are always happy to fit them in on the day that I walk in. Very accomodating. I’ve never had to pay an out of pocket fee for any of them. Staff are all lovely too
I have emailed the clinic directly about my experience, I am just wanting other potential new parents to be aware. Our dating scan at Bond Radiology Pakenham was rushed, impersonal, and provided little to no information about our baby. The technician seemed more focused on training a trainee than on patient care, and the scan images were blurry and unhelpful. What should have been an exciting experience left us disappointed and concerned about the quality of the service.
Shanika was so kind and gentle whilst doing quite an invasive procedure. I had told her my concerns and that I was having pain already so she took her time and talked me through the whole situation. Very thankful for a young professional woman knowing what she’s doing and taking her patients concerns into account. The girl at the front desk was really lovely too. (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name)
