Such a worst customer service. After booking an appointment, and waited for two weeks, they cancelled the appointment saying staff is not available. When I asked for the next date, they are asking me to wait for another week. Not recommended at all.

Cranbourne bond radiology. Stay away from this place and go to a proper clinic. They booked my appt wrong and told me to come back next week. Then they called me 20 minutes later and said come back in 20 minutes. I got here in 15 and have been sitting on my hands for 45 Tap dancing minutes. Clueless staff, unequipped, unprofessional, couldn’t care less about the patient experience. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID!!!!!

They don't do OPGs, despite there being an OPG option under 'services' in their website. I called and an Indian woman picked up. Told me OPGs weren't available. An hour later she calls and says they have OPGs in Pakenham. I've already booked at Dandenong But she didn't even let me talk until she got her side of the story out. Their website is terrible and poorly formatted. I suggest updating it with correct information.

Apart from a great sonograoher im not happy at all with the quality of images of my 12 week scan.So upset quite blurry.I now might have to go elsewhere again just to get decent image's of bub. Your response bond radiology doesnt make sense.Ive been elsewhere for scans and never had this issue.Patients shouldnt have to go pay again anywhere else just to get better images .This is a pregnancy which is why its more important for me.
