I went to the shop to check about coolant leak on my ford edge 3.5l. The owner told me it costs $4000 without timing chain replacement, $5000 with timing chain replacement. I understand that it is a highly complex and time-consuming job, and I know that you provide a higher level of professional service than other shops. However, $5,000 is an unreasonable amount for customers. I had my engine replaced here last December due to an engine oil consumption issue. After a thorough diagnosis, the repair was covered under my Lubrico warranty. Although it took some time since the engine had to be shipped from Korea, the staff were friendly, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely be bringing my car back here for future repairs. Highly recommended.

Honest reliable service for my SUV. The communication they provide regarding your repairs is daily. Never experienced a auto repair shop to keep me updated better than Bond. I highly recommend them.
