My husband brought our 2007 Ford Explorer for a rebuild, took at least couple weeks, we got it back it was running fine and all did the before drive of changing oil etc. took a trip out of province did a oil change as required, it was mentioned there was a leak. Despite having a warranty that covered repairs, the car remained consistently unreliable and couldn’t handle drives longer than an hour without problems (Heating, Engine Light, reduced power). The ongoing issues left me with no choice but to sell it at a significant loss, simply to put an end to the constant frustration and fear of breaking down in the middle of the road again. Too bad not a lot of mechanics in Vancouver who do engine works.
Been going to them since before the pandemic. Very honest and upfront with the issues of the vehicle. Gives you options and hierarchy of importance on which jobs to do first if you cannot commit to doing all of them at once.
price is a bit high compared to other shops. price always higher then quote. disappointed in service. front staff very friendly and easy to deal with . I’ve had van and jeep serviced at shop.
Took my dodge grand Caravan here and they were really honest, inspected my van's transmission and fixed right away because it was an easy fix, after I went to Canadian tire 3 times and they could not solve the problem and overcharged me without fixing my Van. Fair price, Fixed my car in few hours. Honest about the issue. I would recommend this shop!
