Been with Bond Insurance for a very long time. Mark Pallotta was the best you could ever ask for. The company name is the same but it has now changed hands. Unfortunately, it is beyond terrible. Go somewhere else.

My husband and I have Erie insurance car and home owner through Bond. My husband was in a fender bender. He contacted our agent and the next day an adjuster was out to look at the car. We have talked to Jeremy, Amy, and Todd from the agency. They have all went above and beyond to answer any questions we have had and to make sure we have been happy while we were getting our car fixed.
