no no and no. some of the dentists, Surina, Claire are amazing. but it's the admin that lets the practise down. poor management. it's just terrible. avoid.
What a disgrace, awaiting root canal work, cancelled without the patients knowledge and never bothered to reply or contact the patient. Was then asked to pay again to see the dentist after already forking out £100, then told to pay an additional £190 for root canal work as the NHS has declined to see the patient. You have been warned this is an NHS dentistry and will get below par service.
