We just had a main floor renovation completed with the Bond team, including our kitchen, living and dining rooms, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Things began with a quote that clearly detailed the project scope and anticipated timeline, both of which were upheld by the Bond team. My bathroom renovation was completed on time and on budget, and looks fabulous. The team was very professional, making sure that there was minimal disruption, and they were all courteous, hard working and fun to have around. Every day they arrived at exactly the stated time, and every evening cleaned up before they left. The Bond Construction crew did an excellent job with the custom construction of our basement shower. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and accommodating with some changes. The final cost was consistent with the original estimate plus reasonable extras for the scope changes I requested. I highly recommend Bond Construction after this experience.

Don't bother looking anywhere else, this is the company you want!! They finished our basement and from start to finish the process was extremely smooth. The quote was spot on. Darwin Bond is incredibly organized and his communication is excellent. The whole team is very professional with great attention to detail. They are also just very kind people and we are so happy with the end result. Their service and work is first class, and we would not hesitate to contact them for another project.
