The worst bond cleaning service I've had since moving in Australia. First of all, the owner was very pushy with the payment. They have not started the cleaning yet they're asking for the payment on the spot. I told them I'll send them the payment I will just withdraw money and make the payment. Then he continuously messaging and calling saying they will never start cleaning without the payment. Jag and his team have been amazing. I work in real estate so I know a good clean when I see one. They’ve done a few of my bond cleans and I’ve never had any issues at vacate inspections. Always on time, great communication, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
Rude and aggressive after I commented 'that was quick', escalated quickly by the owner, nearly reporting his aggressive manner to the police. Had to go back for a whole day to clean again as they didn't do it properly. I'd give them minus one star if I could.
