Bond installed a new inside unit for us last year, and after it was in for a while, the condensation pan started overflowing and leaking into our hallway. This year, now that it’s time for A/C again, the problem is back. We called them for service and Seth came right out (on Monday) and were very friendly, but weren’t terribly sure what was causing the problem. He made a small change to allow better venting of the drain, and said to call back if that didn’t work, but that he wasn’t sure what else to try. Well, it didn’t work... read more
