Guys be careful for forced 15% tip ($15) without letting me know, it’s reasonable for parties in other restaurant but i was only 2 people and half my order were take out meals for my friends. Even tho i was usually giving 18% but it sucks that I almost give me double tip ($30)

Didn't realize this was a chain when we came in. The food was so bad we actually couldn't finish it, and I almost never waste food even if it's not great. The only good portion and flavor was the fried chicken. The tteok and other foods we tried were not good. For only being a few tables inside, the service was really slow and took forever to get the food. Really overpriced for the value. Pretty small seating area too. Regretted coming here tbh. Wouldn't go back.
I’ve dined in and gotten take out from here numerous times. The last 3 times the amount of food we got felt very skimpy. I kept coming back hoping it was a fluke, but after three times in a row it’s just not excusable. The bulgogi tacos had more lettuce than bulgogi, and the seasoned fries bag was 1/4 full and not at all seasoned. The flavor is always great, but not worth it for the price and portions. I’m hoping something changes, but going forward I’ll try the Durbin Park location in hopes that they have better portions.
