Amazing food. Great service. Hot fresh and crispy.
Only just ok, yangyoum wing was good but a little too sweet, soy garlic wing was too salty, bimbimbap spicy chicken was dry didnt taste fresh, strange flavor to the mushroom
Missing items from order, ordered on their website but nasty McKenna says she cant do anything I have to go through doordash. Doordash says they only delivered it that I have to go through the company. The company they use to process orders also says to call the restaurant. McKenna has a nasty rude attitude and she definitely be far from customers.
I’ve been to Bonchon twice at this location and once at the Durban Park location. The Durban Park location was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had—but unfortunately, this location is the complete opposite. First off, they never let me order the Yum Drum Trio, which makes no sense since it’s on the menu. The server had a bad attitude, never smiled, and made the entire experience unpleasant. I used to love this spot, but it’s really gone downhill. I always order the buldak but it was such a letdown—tasted like it had been sitting out and reheated. Since it was takeout, I couldn’t even go back for a refund, which made it more frustrating. The chicken and potstickers were fine, but not enough to make up for spending almost $90.
