I love Bonchon and have been to its different locations around Chicago. This location makes very good chicken. It’s always nice and crispy consistently with good amount of sauce. The counter lady is nice.
The person at reception was rude and not welcoming at all. The I Korean person was so nice when I came last time. He was not there this time and the person I charge is so impolite and looking like why are you here. I won’t come next time if he is there
I understand that working the counter is rough, but regressing to primitive caveman behavior over a parking issue is a disgrace. Bad attitude
Basically a homeless shelter. I live nearby, and it’s the same thing every single time. Thankfully, I’ve never eaten there. 🤣
