Umm... I’m sorry to say this, but this will probably be my first and last time visiting this location. I’m originally from Maryland and have tried Bonchon at several different spots, but this was by far one of my worst experiences. I’ve been a loyal Bonchon customer for years, but this experience completely ruined my perception of their quality. I ordered my usual chicken katsu, and all three portions were unacceptable. The katsu itself was darkened, with the breading on the outside burnt and the chicken inside dry and overcooked. It was barely edible. We tried the wings again and was so good.
They had THE slowest service for takeout. We waited a whole hour. When I asked any updates on the food the hostess didn’t tell me anything. Poor customer service. Will not be coming here again. I do not recommend unless you want to wait around forever with no consideration or even a simple “sorry for your wait”. Rude staff.
Great food, friendly staff. Great service with a nice open patio. Plenty of tvs to watch sports. Full bar. Make sure you try their delicious chicken wings, and tell them DIESEL AND MO sent you! 🤙
