If you have an idea about Bonchon already, just toss it out the window if ordering from this location. The most diplomatic way to summarize it is "inconsistent quality control" - the flavor of the fried rice was off and the rice was oddly clumpy, and the chicken had fragmented wing and leg pieces that counted as entire pieces. It's still reminiscent of the usual, but severely disappointing, especially at their price point.
Ordered for dinner and it was not good. The chicken just seemed kind of gross, I can’t specifically say what about it made it like this but I was just kind of grossed out eating it. One of the drumsticks I had looked like someone sliced the meat off half of it too. Would not recommend and won’t be ordering again. Maybe I’ll try a stand alone location one day, but this was disappointing.
I received my order fast, hot, and delicious! I definitely recommend this fried deliciousness!
We used to order from Bonchon often and were sad when they closed. We’ve ordered from this new delivery location twice and the first time was still up to Bonchon standards. But the most recent order came in a new, heavy duty box that trapped all the steam and the drumsticks were very soggy. Two stars bc the bulgogi fried rice is quite good, but the chicken is why we order. May give it another shot down the road, but pretty disappointed.
