Was not impressed with the bibbimbop. Rice was dry; meat had a bad taste. The price was also pretty high for what it was. The pickled radish was fine, but come on.
Ordered online, went to pickup an hour later, my order wasn’t ready. Was informed that my order was cancelled because they didn’t have what I ordered. ZERO communication about the cancellation ahead of time. They still charged me. Will be disputing with my bank. Utterly unprofessional.
Rang the door bell several times. It was only until I started calling that someone came to the door to give me my order. Find somewhere else to eat.
Made an order through uber eats. Have had 7 delivery drivers attempt to pick it up over the past two hours. Nothing like waiting 2 hours for your food on a Friday night!!!
What happened to Bonchon in Richmond? All of the ones left have changed their fried chicken completely. These are not double fried and there is barely any crispy crunch on the wings like there was before. In addition, the wings are so small to how they used to be. I keep hoping it’ll be how it used to be, but so clearly Bonchon isn’t keeping an eye on their franchises and their quality.
