Rang the door bell several times. It was only until I started calling that someone came to the door to give me my order. Find somewhere else to eat.
Made an order through uber eats. Have had 7 delivery drivers attempt to pick it up over the past two hours. Nothing like waiting 2 hours for your food on a Friday night!!!
What happened to Bonchon in Richmond? All of the ones left have changed their fried chicken completely. These are not double fried and there is barely any crispy crunch on the wings like there was before. In addition, the wings are so small to how they used to be. I keep hoping it’ll be how it used to be, but so clearly Bonchon isn’t keeping an eye on their franchises and their quality.
What an odd little spot. My first time there and I had no idea what to expect. Three tablets with some what clear instructions on how to 'check in'. But no information was given about this multi restaurant thing ahead of time. My food was 15 minutes later than they said it was going to be so I sat in this hot tiny little room watching everybody else get their food.
