I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and the chicken on the sandwich was very rubbery. I couldn't even actually bite through some parts of it. I'm not sure if it was an off day and maybe the chef overcooked it today but it was inedible. But me and my brother both ordered a chicken sandwich and both of them were rubbery and barely edible. The customer service was good! The flavor is always on point along with the radishes and fries. But a few of my wings although crispy and flavorful a few of them were under cooked luckily I continued cooking them in the air fryer so it kept the integrity. I’ll have to go again since they’re close by hopefully QC will take place next time bc undercooked chicken is not good for me/you/one!! Lol
The restaurant was rather clean. But, I was thoroughly disappointed with the wings. I felt as if they didn’t have any flavor, and that they were way, way over cooked… burnt to a crisp. If I had eaten at the restaurant - I would have sent them back.
