I ordered chicken and the fried zucchini. Chicken is always good, but I was highly disappointed in the fried zucchini. It was burnt to a crisp, not sure how you can mess this up. The reviews regarding burnt sides seems to be consistent. Order at your risk.
I love the food at Bonchon and I’m always pleased with the taste and quality of the food. However, the portion sizes for the sides are extremely disappointing. My family recently ordered the party bundle that is advertised to serve 8–10 people. The bundle includes four sides, and I expected the portions to be larger than the standard individual sides. Food has gone down the hill since last couple times I’ve been the tenders/strips are now as flat as a pancake which makes them taste very dry and nasty . Service is also terrible never honor the pickup time so if you order expect to have it ready 25 min after pickup time . Lastly the atmosphere is ok the bathroom is very dirty.
